1. Booking Policy:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
  • Full payment is due on the date of arrival.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund and cancellation Policy

  1. Deposit: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. You can pay the deposit via PayPal as friends and family. If you choose to pay via PayPal goods and services, you will be responsible for the transfer fee.
  2. ⁠Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% of the total rent is due upon arrival. You can pay the balance via PayPal or cash USD.
  3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date to be considered for a refund of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will forfeit the entire deposit. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
  4. Force Majeure: Villa Elise is not liable for any cancellation or disruption of service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, natural disasters, or government regulations.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

  • Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Damage and Liability Policy:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred.
  • Guests are liable for any injuries sustained on the property during their stay.

5. Pet Policy:

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises

6. Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
  • A cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.
  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and improving our services.
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Code of Conduct:

  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests.
  • Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in eviction without refund.

9. Accessibility Policy:

  • We strive to provide accessible accommodations for all guests.
  • Please inform us of any special requirements or accessibility needs at the time of booking. Keep in mind the characteristics of Slope and the Stair which are NOT accessible by wheelchair or children strollers.
